If any piece* is in need of repair within a period of 3 months from original date of purchase, simply contact Serendipitous, LLC to arrange for free repair. Any works needing repair after the three month period will be repaired for a reasonable fee. *Soapstone works are VERY fragile. As such they carry no guarantee. If there is any problem with a soapstone piece please contact Serendipitous, LLC to arrange for an assessment of damage and every effort will be made to repair the affected item at a reasonable rate.
